DREAMING OF A HOLIDAY MIRACLE?
Well, we have one for you! SANTA is coming to town!!!
Bundle up and join us for some holiday magic at The Outdoor Santa Experience! We know this will be a highlight of your holiday season.
Saturday, Nov 21 or Sunday, Dec 6
Join us for this leisure, stress-free, outdoor holiday experience to connect with your family and visit with Santa.
We’ve created this beautiful Holiday Set centered around a vintage blue truck and lots of cozy plaid blankets. Bundle up with your family for a family photo on the back of the truck. Then Santa will lean in to join your family, creating a memorial holiday photograph perfect for your holiday cards! Bring your own blanket if you have one that matches your outfits or want to take an extra precaution (this is optional). And family pets are always welcome.
Session Fee: $150
Includes 10 Digital Images
(High Resolution with print rights)
After photos on the truck, the kids will have a few minutes to talk with Santa and share their wish lists. During this time, we are requiring that kids and Santa wear a mask. We will capture a few quick photos of kids talking with Santa during this time. Kids won’t be “sitting on Santa’s lap” this year… which actually may be a more enjoyable experience for all!
Then stroll around, grab some hot cider and join us in making a small craft.
Photos will be ready within two days of the session with plenty of time to order holiday cards, gift prints and of course post online.
Rain dates of Nov 22 and Dec 13 will be announced 24 hours prior to your scheduled date.
I know getting to a photo session can be stressful, so if you are running a little behind on time, please don’t stress! We want this to be a fun family memory. The reservation schedule is to help with the flow of the day. You’ll have plenty of time for photos and to visit with Santa.
What To Wear
Honestly, I feel like anything that’s fall/ winter should work. We have lots of blanket options, so we should find something that matches your outfits!!
For holiday wardrobe options consider:
- Comfy, cozy outdoor fall clothes
- Holiday PJs
- Pretty Christmas dresses
- All white
- All Red
- Red & Green
- Other color combos – greens, blues, plum
- Scarves, jacket, hats, turtlenecks & gloves are welcome
What To Bring
You don’t have to bring anything specific, but here are a few suggestions:
- Cozy clothes to covey the holidays
- Cozy blankets if you want them to match your outfit or for safely precautions. However, we will have some fun flannel options on the truck.
- Family pets are welcome! Please bring them on a leash.
- If your kids will talk with Santa, masks are required during this time.
- Bring a picnic or a frisbee and hang out on the property after the photo session to enjoy the beautiful day!
You’ll enjoy the beautiful drive to the farm soaking in the countryside and conversations with your kiddos. When you arrive, you’ll see an inflatable Santa in the driveway. Follow the drive around to the right and down the dirt drive to park in the field. You’ll be directed where to park in the field.
Wait in the car for a few minutes until it’s your turn to keep all the littles from getting dirty before photos. One of my assistants will greet you and let you know when it’s your turn.
When You Arrive
Let us know if you’d like a photo with or without Santa at the truck and if you have your own blanket, a family pet or specific requests. You’ll have your photo taken on the truck and we will have time for a few different poses with your family and Santa (optional).
Then we will have a craft station. All are welcome to make a craft, have a hot drink and walk around. You are free to walk around the property, explore, take your own photos or bring your own picnic to enjoy. We want this whole experience to be fun and magical for your family, take advantage of it!
Also note, there are no public restrooms on site.
Mask & Safety Details
You do not have to wear masks at the truck set for photos unless you’d prefer to wear them.
After the photo, you’ll be directed to meet with Santa beside the truck. Santa will sit in a chair and the kids can stand next to him to share their wish lists. We are requiring masks worn by all at this time. We will have deposable masks with a Santa print for you if needed.
We ask that everyone wear a mask at the craft and beverage station.
If you choose to stay to walk around or have a picnic, you do not have to wear masks during this time.
For extra precaution, you can bring your own blanket to sit on at the truck set. At the craft and beverage station, we will be wiping everything down. And of course my team and I will be wearing masks.
I will deliver your digital photos with download instructions by Monday, Nov 23th. Digital photos are high resolution so you can make your own prints. I’ll also offer print fulfillment and I am also offering Christmas cards. If you order by Dec 1st, you’ll receive a 15% and cards will arrive by Dec 4th.
I still have spots available for Nov 21st & Dec 6th. Please pass along my information to those that may be interested.
We look forward to seeing you at our magical Santa Experience!
